3. Collection of Information.

3.1. Overview. Bric collects information from each user of the Bric web site that creates a company account with Bric (“Subscriber”). This includes information from each user of the Bric web site that creates a user account with Bric (“User”). Bric also collects information from Users in creation of a managed employee account with Bric (“People”).

3.2. Information Collected by Bric. Bric collects contact information to sign you up as a Subscriber, User or People. Bric requires each Subscriber who creates an account on to voluntarily submit data, regardless of whether the User is a People in the system. This includes (but is not limited to); First Name, Last Name, and E-mail Address. Bric requires each Subscriber to create the following for security purposes; Username, Password, and Security Question. When a Subscriber creates an account with Bric, a Subscriber may be asked to submit the following data before the Subscriber is allowed to create an account, including (but not limited to); Phone Number and Billing Information including Credit Card and CVV2. Bric requires each User who creates an account on to voluntarily submit the following data, regardless of whether the User is a People in the system, including (but not limited to); First Name, Last Name, and E-mail Address. During the creation of a People account Bric may collect the following data (but not limited to); Name, E-mail Address, Billable rate, Internal cost and Weekly billable hours.

3.3. In addition to preceding information provided directly to Bric, Bric automatically collects and analyzes information for internal purposes only to allow our software to function properly. This may include, but is not limited to the following: Computer Networking Interfaces (includes Internal IP Address) (also used for risk/fraud prevention purposes), External IP Address, Host Name, Username Defined by the Operating System (usually not any real person’s name), Java Runtime; Java Vendor; Java Version, JVM Name; JVM Version, Operating System, Operating System Architecture – 32-bit or 64-bit, Operating System Version; Patch Level, User Home Directory, Browser Type; Browser Version, Operating System Time Zone; Language; Country, Details of Available CPUs, Number of Processor Core, Name of Personal Computer, Screen Height (in pixels); Screen Width (in pixels).

4. Access to Your Personal Information.

Subscriber and Users may obtain access to their personal information to review, update and correct using the Bric web site.

5. Communication Opt-In / Removal.

6.1. Your personal information is used in the following ways:

i. User IDs and Passwords – Provides you with access to your profile and to protected content;

ii. Account Information – Provides us with information about who you are and how to contact you, along with any preferences you have provided, such as language, E-mail format and interests. Also, provides us with data for internal auditing and reporting;

iii. Customer Feedback and Support – Provides you with a mechanism for requesting information from Bric. Also, provides you with a mechanism to tell us how we can improve our services and site design;

iv. E-mail Correspondence – Provides us with an avenue to raise and respond to issues and inquiries of all types. Also, provides us a way to distribute information about Bric services.

6.2. Cookies. Our site places a text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. “Cookies” are pieces of information that a web site transfers to an individual’s hard disk for record keeping purposes. Our cookies enable us to relate your use of our site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided to our site. 6.3. Public Forums. Bric may provide its Users with chat rooms, forums, message boards and/or news groups. Please also note that Bric is not responsible for any content posted in these areas. Although Bric has the right to monitor all information disclosed in these areas, it is under no obligation to do so.

6.4. Children’s Privacy. Bric understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive, on-line world. Bric does not intentionally target or solicit to children thirteen (13) or younger for purposes of collecting personal information. The Bric web site may link to certain web sites which may target or solicit to children thirteen (13) or younger and may collect personal information. Those web sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy, but will (or should) have their own privacy policies that more fully explain how they respect and protect the privacy of children while providing them information, goods or services. Personal information is not disposed of as we keep all information for Subscribers, Users, and People but all applicable information is managed to ensure the privacy expectations set forth in this Privacy Policy.

10. Security.

Bric has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. We restrict access to your personal identification and contact information within the company to only those authorized employees who need to use that information for a specific job function.

Though Bric employs security measures designed to safeguard personal information, we cannot be responsible if a third-party gains access to the database or your personal information by evading our security measures.
